Return & Exchange Policy


Can I return or exchange my order?

Yes, VogueFair provides our best service to satisfy our customer. Considering that returns & exchanges are appropriate for certain issues, we here set up a guideline to assure that returns & exchange are handled properly and fairly.

1. For damaged product, please provide some pictures to show the details within 3 days after receiving it. After we confirm the issue and receive the return package, 100% refund will be given, or a new product will be sent to you free shipping. Please understand that it will take about 3-7 days to remake a new dress.

2. For an unsatisfactory dress, you can choose to:

- Keep it and get 10%-30% refund;

- Return it and get 70% refund on standard size dress, and 50% refund on custom size dress.

Please kindly understand that custom dress is made especially for one customer, and it is hard to fit other customers, so 50% refund at most can be provided.

Please kindly note that any item to return or exchanged must be in new, unworn, unwashed, undamaged and resalable condition, with the DO NOT REMOVE tag still attached in the same place as originally sent. The shipping fee cannot be refunded.

 

How to Return or Exchange?

We accept products returns via mail only.

1. Contact us with 7days after the date your package was signed. (Please contact us within 3 days if the product was damaged.)

2. We confirm it and send you the return shipping address.

3. Send out the return package and inform us the online tracking number within 7 days after the date we inform you the return shipping address.

4. We process the refund or send out exchange item in 7days after receiving the return parcel.

 

Cancellations

Processing begins once an order is placed while considering that sometimes customer needs to cancel orders due to some reasons, here we make a statement about your cancellation in different status of order:

1. Unpaid: orders will be automatically canceled without payment in 7 days.

2. Paid: 100% refund.

3. Confirmed: 90% refund

4. Stocking: 60% refund

5. Orders cannot be canceled after shipped.
